Original diet given to humans

At the beginning of time, neither meat nor fish were given to humans as part of their daily diet. Our first parents were given: fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts. Preparing such foods as simple and natural as possible, are the most healthful and nourishing. These original foods impart strength, power of endurance, and vigour of intellect that is not afforded by a more complex and stimulating diet.

Our diet therefore, should consist of the original foods (fruits, grains, nuts); and various roots must also be used. All we need do is slowly train our taste buds in that direction. After training has completed, one will find that he or she has returned to the original diet.
